PS2SP is designed as an ecosystem index rather than a conventional project page. Structured software metadata lives in Markdown and is synchronized from upstream sources. The wider PS2 directory is stored separately as structured resource data so communities, documentation, archives, hardware resources, media, and non-GitHub projects can be indexed without pretending every useful PS2 resource is a source-code repository.
The wider directory is maintained as native PS2SP data. Software projects and general ecosystem resources remain separate record types so each can be indexed, searched, and maintained appropriately.
